The key focus of this role is to act as an escalation point to the IT team as well as maintaining the group's server and network infrastructure including providing Citrix server support. More specifically, you will:Triaging and managing the resolution of Citrix related and level 3 incidents and service requests by providing excellent technical assistance and customer service to all employeesAiding in the installation and configuration of server and infrastructure hardware, software and related systemsEscalation of issues to external technology partners as required, whilst maintaining ownership of assigned incidents and service requestsBe involved in preparation and make recommendations of capital replacements and systems improvements to managementSystem Administration of Server and Network environmentsAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
