Experience :1. 3 - 5 years of experience in system administration or similar2. Engineering Graduates. Required certification - MCSE, ITILSkills Required :1. Good Communication skills2. Desktop/ laptop support3. End User computing Support4. Windows desktop OS expert level knowledge5. L1 Level knowledge of Linux (Oracle, Ubuntu)6. 365 Administration7. Basic Network Support and Troubleshooting8. Knowledge on DHCP, DNS, AD9. Exposure with AWS/ Azure10. DocumentationResponsibilities :1. End user System Administration2. Performance monitoring and optimization of desktops and laptops3. Remote User management of desktop/ Laptop related issues and coordination with End users.4. Maintenance of AV/ DLP. Make sure the end user systems are updated with latest security patches.5. Application Support and troubleshooting.6. Hyper V administration and consolidation7. Help desk monitoring8.
