This law firm has a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services and is committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where their employees can thrive.Position Summary:As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and networks.
You will provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems, including software installations, network connectivity, and hardware failures.Assist users with the configuration and use of office applications, legal software, and other systems.System Administration:Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.Legal Software Support:Provide specialised support for legal software applications, such as case management systems, document management systems, and e-discovery tools.Assist users in understanding and utilizing legal software features effectively.Project Coordination:Participate in IT projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing.Provide technical expertise and support for IT initiatives.Security:Help maintain the security of IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.Identify and address security vulnerabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Keen interest in AI technologies.Experience in IT support, preferably in a law firm.Strong knowledge of legal software applications and systems.Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking concepts.Basic coding skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a passionate and dedicated IT professional looking to join a dynamic law firm, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
