We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Southport, QLD.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a passion for technology, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure their success.
This is a predominantly customer-site-based role, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, remote assistance and incident resolution for customers via phone and other communication methods.
Collaborate with technical teams and offer hands-on support to resolve technical issues.
Travel to various customer sites as required to deliver onsite support.
Mandatory Requirements: Australian Citizenship.
Blue Card holder.
OR the ability to get one.
Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to team and customer success.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner and deliver excellent remote support.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Proficiency with Windows laptops (hardware/software), IP telephony, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
Basic understanding of network and cloud technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes.
Prior experience in a Service Desk or Field Services role.
