Build your career with us! THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY dormakaba is seeking a Service Delivery Operations Expert based in Pinkenka, Queensland.
This role will report directly to the APAC Service Delivery Manager.
The Operations Expert is responsible for performing IT service(s), focusing on site and production site support.
Key responsibilities will include: Processing of requests, development of problem solutions and execution of operational tasks in the day-to-day business.
Provision of support with the aim that Technology Platform organization delivers stable and performant IT Services.Tracks, measures and resolves incident, problem, changes including development support of the needed solutions.
Provide operational support to the stakeholder according to the aligned requirements.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, security, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and contribute to the overall success of IT and OT projects.Ensures compliance with the standards, processes, service levels and requirements.Ensures major incident support, on-site support, production site support, 1st and - especially - 2nd Level infrastructure support for legacy infrastructures and global platforms in alignment with Service Owners within Global IT.Be a key member of an ongoing business integration project assisting with the move from local IT function to Global IT.YOUR SKILLS 4+ years' experience as IT Service Delivery & -Infrastructure Operations.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Flexibility to participate in occasional after-hours support as well as travel to nearby sister locations.DESIRED Experience working in global organizations & virtual teams.Good (2nd Level) Technical and architectural knowledge.Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g.
