Role : IT Support - Field Engineer Contract Role - Part-time Hours Location : Berkerley Vale NSW 2261 THE ROLE Work with a leading technology provider based in Central Coast As a Field Engineer, you will Provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely. You will be part of a busy team working to support customers with exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshootingO365 experience is essential.
