About the role Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to our internal team and external clients Handle incoming calls, create, manage, follow-up and resolve support requests via ticket-based CRM with a high level of attention to detail whilst providing clients with regular progress updates Deliver quality, professional remote support in a timely fashion (adhering to Service Level Agreements) using a variety of remote access tools Periodic onsite visits to client sites Provide support to end users who are struggling with both complex and non-complex IT issues Undertake problem management to investigate the root causes of incidents for the proactive prevention of problems Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders on support issues, escalations and in some ongoing project work Assist in some projects including infrastructure upgrades, networking, cloud migrations, security implementations and relocations etc. Assisting with some scoping and reviewing projects Technical Skills and Capability required Excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal and written) required Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Install, manage and support Microsoft Windows desktops Administer Windows Active Directory users and security groups Foundational networking knowledge (understanding client/server communication, VLANs, IP Routing, NAT) Hardware troubleshooting Experience working with Office365, Azure, Exchange & SharePoint services Familiarity with security solutions like Firewalls, Anti-Virus, EDR, Anti-Spam/Email Filtering and Data Loss Prevention What we offer A free day of leave on your birthday Be part of a GLOBAL team (we have offices in the USA, UK and Australia) State of the art modern office Great team culture Fun social events Support and training to enhance skills Above award wages and bonus We also value experience and drive over traditional qualifications.
