In this role, you'll work with a sense of urgency to troubleshoot and deliver timely IT solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
This role operates on a rotating roster to support various functions across the organization. You'll be responsible for providing punctual 1st and 2nd level technical support, resolving issues related to network infrastructure, hardware, software, and office applications, and contributing to our knowledge base by accurately logging issues in the helpdesk system.
You'll also take part in out-of-hours on-call support and asset management, along with assisting in Level 2 activities and projects in collaboration with System Administrators or your Helpdesk Manager.
Your role will encompass, but not limited to:
Incident management for both stores and head officeService request and asset management for both stores and head officeCommunication to customersProject ManagementCollaborating with Store Development team for store openings and closures/refurbsAnd so much more!
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US Microsoft Certifications or Azure equivalent knowledgeDiploma/Degree in Computer Systems Engineering (or a related discipline), or equivalent work experienceITIL Accreditation (nice to have)Accreditation with networking or experience (e.g. Cisco)Strong user focus and genuine desire to assistA high attention to detailA sense of urgencyAbility to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelinesAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a teamUnderstand the customer and respond effectively to their needsEffective negotiation skills with empathy for customer needs and impactPlanning and organizational skills – ability to assess business impact and priority is essentialProblem solving and trouble shooting skillsSound knowledge and application of legislation, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to Information TechnologySound knowledge of I.T Hardware and componentsSound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating SystemSound knowledge of firewall routers and network connectivityDeveloping knowledge of I.T Security practicesSound knowledge of Apple Mac systemsSound knowledge of mobile devices (Apple, Android etc.)Prior Head Office Retail experience in IT would be advantageousA relevant degree in Information Technology (preferred but not mandatory)A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in an IT support roleWhether we're designing our latest fashion collection, learning, laughing, and collaborating as a team or providing expert styling advice to our loyal customers, these are a few of the values engrained in our DNA:
