What role will you play? As a Migration Specialist you will be following existing process documentation and working to improve/scale our legacy backup migration capabilities.
You will work closely with the Cloud Backup engineering team and have the opportunity to take on service management and compliance-related activities.
What you offer • A background in software development or IT infrastructure • Ideally have prior experience providing desktop support to end users utilising a computerised service management ticketing system • Diligence to adhere to security and regulatory and compliance processes
