Additional information about transcripts is in this document.DE-03 Specialized Experience:One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the DE-03 (GS-12) grade in the Federal service which includes:Provide technical advice and expertise to customers and project officers concerning the use of IT components and capabilities.Provide technical guidance to employees to resolve problem areas and propose new approaches.Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents; research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.DE-02 Specialized Experience:One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the DE-02 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service which includes:Provide technical advice to customers concerning the use of IT components and capabilities.Provide guidance to employees to assist with solving problems.Diagnose problems in response to customer reported incidents.OREducation: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or, three full years of graduate education from an accredited or pre-accredited institution that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.
