They are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead responsible for first-line technical support to users across the Asia-Pacific region.
This position is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations, rapid response to incidents, and timely resolution of technical issues.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining system functionality, and escalating complex problems to global support levels as necessary.
This role is full time based in South West Sydney, along the M5 corridor, with some hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the IT department for APAC, including network management, server maintenance and optimising efficiency and enhanced user experience.Provide effective resolution of hardware, software and network issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Collaborate with Global IT team to implement projects, initiatives and escalate any unresolved issues.Lead and mentor the helpdesk team, assigning tickets, setting performance goals, and overseeing SLAs.Vendor and procurement managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure service quality, technical support and cost efficiency.Manage a regional infrastructure budget and monitor spending and resource allocation.Manage data centres, cloud services, and other IT resources to optimise performance.Key competencies:Minimum 5 years in an IT Support role.Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems, applications (MS 365, Sharepoint, Power BI, ERP & CRM Systems).Experience with Cisco switches and firewalls advantageous.Experience in hardware setup, refurbishment, troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non-tech users.Accountable with the ability to problem solve, manage time and priorities effectively, strategically plan and provide excellent service delivery.This is a great opportunity to join a successful and innovative business with a strong team culture and is based in Sydney's Southwest.
