About the role
The IT Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of day-to-day technical support and advice to TAFE SA staff in the use of ICT services, devices and applications, including taking ownership of ICT Service Delivery ticket queue and monitoring incidents and requests to ensure resolution within Service Level Agreements.
The role delivers customer focussed services in desktop hardware and software support, IT networks and systems, Microsoft Office suite, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and contributes to the quality of IT service delivery capabilities.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
