Key responsibilities for these roles include:First point of contact with customersCash handling and processing paymentsGeneral phone enquires and call distributionWe are looking for people who:Have previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitalityHave the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a mustAbility to communicate with people on all levelsAble to work in a team environmentPrevious experience will be highly regarded, however is not essentialThe successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer serviceAn interest in IT technology would be an advantageWork hoursFull flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday nights
