The European IT Resource Analyst role will work closely with internal senior IT stakeholders and project managers, assisting with the end-to-end delivery of projects in accordance with a rolling top-down and bottom-up resource plan.
Working as part of the IT strategic planning and governance function, the role holder will ensure the required level of governance and control is applied to projects, programs, and resource planning in alignment with the IT resource method.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that the required level of governance and control is applied to all European IT-approved projects and programs in alignment with the IT resource method.Assisting the European IT Resource Lead in managing the IT resource pool by organizing capacity and demand as well as time sheeting application.Engaging with IT project and functional leadership teams to collect, collate and understand the information needed to produce regular dashboards, metrics and resource-planning reports.Preparing clear, concise, timely, and accurate reports and presentations for effective monitoring and to enable the relevant boards to make informed decisions.Providing guidance and advice relating to resource options to program and project managers.Taking a proactive role in the ongoing development of resource services, systems, processes, tools, and templates for all programs and projects.Skills and ExperienceStrong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to understand the needs and requirements of senior management and to prioritize workload accordingly.Excellent project management and governance skills.Self-motivated with a professional attitude to work and excellent attention to detail.Prior knowledge of business change management processes.Experience of Sharepoint, Microsoft Project, or other tools.What we offerCompetitive basic salary.Opportunities to grow and develop yourself.Room for initiatives and entrepreneurship.A hybrid working environment, involving home working and European travel.Do you feel that 60% of the role aligns with your skills?
