About The Role

As an IT Quality Assurance (QA) Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply industry-standard QA methodologies, techniques, and tools while contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applicationsPerform manual and automated testing of software features, functionalities, and integrationsIdentify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systemsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirementsParticipate in team meetings, code reviews, and QA process improvement initiativesContribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reportsStay updated on emerging QA trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong interest in software quality assurance and testingBasic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with software testing tools and techniques is a plus
