THE ROLE
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day stakeholder engagement, business transformation, and technical change management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within Mulpha Signal Group.
In your role, you will be responsible for planning, management, leadership, stakeholders, and financial control of assigned projects.
Key responsibilities will include: Assist the business to run major system implementation projects through all Mulpha entities.Provide a single 'change' point of contact and coordination point for key clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.Develop and baseline a detailed project plan to support required deliverables, activities, resource allocations, and project interdependencies.Development of Process Instruction Manuals and Detailed Instruction Manuals.Develop and implement the required project governance structures including Project Steering Committees, working groups, escalation, and decision pathways.Implement concise project reporting of decisions points, risks, issues, status, and costs.Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment and requirements.Assist in training programs and system administration training for new systems implementations.Business case development (scope, objectives, dependencies, costs, assumptions, acceptance criteria, issues, and risks) and approvals.Requirement gathering of new systems with recommendations on implementations.Thorough UAT testing prior to Go-Live.Ensure smooth transition of projects within each Mulpha entity.Manage vendor relationships for all projects including pricing negotiations.YOUR BACKGROUND
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
Formal project management certification.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Analytical and methodical mindset.
Degree, Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field.
