The role: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator with proven experience in ERP system implementations for a 2 year fixed term contract.


Responsibilities include: Provide support to the ERP system implementation projectDocument and review current business processes with the view to implementing them in the new Core SystemWork within the Project Management Framework, project plan, budgets, and within agreed timeframesLiaise with stakeholders and provide support in relation to the system implementationLiaise with the technical teams and subject matter expertsWork with change management and project teams to assist users through the transition periodKey experience: Strong experience working on ERP System implementation projects is required Substantial experience in business improvementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to help users transition through a period of system changesExcellent time management with the ability to meet agreed deadlinesIT Project Management experience is desirableRelevant tertiary education AND/ OR certificationsDesirable experience: Technical knowledge of ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft FinOps OR CE Suites would be advantageous The benefits: Flexible working hoursCar parking available onsiteIf you are interested and possess the required experience, please apply now via the link below to be considered.
