Your Team The IT Infrastructure division is charged with transforming CFS through end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled programs and projects. This role is part of the Production Management Team for EDGE (the new flagship platform for CFS), a high-impact team with accountability for embedding the new technology platform powering the next generation Wrap Market Offer. As a senior support Engineer, you will ensure smooth functioning of the platform by correctly triaging, investigating and reporting potential defects encountered on the platform.
Your Responsibilities Investigate and triage defects reported on the Edge platform.Follow the incident management process for P1 and P2 incidents and drive them to closures.Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to address incidents, service disruptions, and change implementation effectively.Provide clear and concise communication for defect resolution timelines, solution etc.Establish and manage a comprehensive knowledge base by creating and organising knowledge articles.Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure smooth and effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.Your Capability and Experience Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology features across multiple platforms.Exposure to working in large and complex environments, including IT / business dependencies.Sound knowledge in agile delivery and mindset, including demonstrated experience playing the Iteration Manager (or equivalent) role.Experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry desirable.Experience in interacting with senior management.What to Expect At CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
