Join Hub Australia as our IT Operations Manager , where you will be the backbone of our technology operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
In this hands-on role, you'll oversee daily IT operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure our systems are reliable and secure.
Your focus will extend to both internal staff and our valued members, providing the technology support and solutions needed to enhance their experiences and ensure seamless operations.
What we're looking for:
You are an experienced IT operations professional with strong team management skills and a focus on maintaining and optimising IT systems.
Your ability to lead a team, manage daily IT operations, and resolve technical issues efficiently will be key to ensuring the reliability and performance of Hub Australia's technology infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational roles, values teamwork, and is committed to continuous improvement.
What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!
): Manage and oversee the daily IT operations, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of ICT infrastructure across all sites.
Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated IT team, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for new venues, focusing on operational efficiency.
Ensure the security and integrity of digital assets through effective cybersecurity management.
Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with other business units to provide IT support that enhances operational performance and member satisfaction.
Manage the operational budget for the IT department, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficient resource use.
What makes you successful:
In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of Hub Australia's IT operations, leading a team to maintain the operational stability of our technology infrastructure.
Your expertise in IT operations, team management, and troubleshooting will ensure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Your leadership will inspire your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance and reliability.
You will also have: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a related role.
Strong skills in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team management and development.
