Together, we create trusted solutions that keep industries moving forward.About the RoleThe ANZ IT Lead oversees IT functions, including software development, infrastructure, operations, user support, data management, and security, to meet business needs. Leading a diverse IT team, this role ensures smooth IT service delivery and implements new technologies to improve operations. It involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional leaders, and vendors to maintain efficient, secure IT infrastructure and services. This role supports KIWA's ANZ businesses—Construction Sciences, CMW Geosciences, and Compass Assurance Services with approximately 1,300 employees—combining a hands-on focus with governance oversight. The role will involve leading the implementation of a new ERP system, including managing integration with finance, operations, and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Strategy Formation: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals. Prioritise technology initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive growth.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.Application Management: Manage the lifecycle of business applications, including selection and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.Stakeholder Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors. Ensure vendor compliance with agreements and performance standards.ERP Implementation Leadership: Lead the rollout of a new ERP system, ensuring effective coordination with finance, operations, software, and IT teams.Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, setting clear objectives and providing feedback.
