YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Tech Lead to join our IT Operations team in a hybrid working capacity.
In this role, you will serve as a 2IC to the Group Head of Infrastructure and Operations, supporting IT Infrastructure across our Head Office and external environments.
Key responsibilities will include handling BAU L3 escalations, developing and optimizing server infrastructure, managing security tickets, ensuring network connectivity, and overseeing numerous applications.
You will also support project work such as implementing the infrastructure backbone for the Omni-Channel Project, contributing to a Server OS Upgrade, advancing the cybersecurity and Azure/Cloud stack, refreshing core switches and firewalls, and expanding global operations in India.
Overseeing the offshore infrastructure operations team, you will bring experience in leading team members and driving operational IT excellence.

Experience with SAN storage solutions (primarily Dell, HP, EMC) Experience with Virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V Experience with Hyper Converged Technologies (such as Nutanix, VXRail) Solid experience in Microsoft infrastructure implementation and support (including Azure, DHCP/DNS, Active Directory, HyperV) Experience with SCCM or MS Intune VDI solutions such as Citrix or Remote Desktop Services Security and protection of networks and data Server and Network monitoring tools (such as SCOM or SolarWinds) Exposure to multi-site IT environments (SDWAN, MPLS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Broad understanding of relevant and emerging IT technologies and solutions THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US IT University Qualification highly regarded (e.g.
Computer Science Degree) Microsoft Certifications or equivalent knowledge Accreditation with networking (e.g.
