It Helpdesk (Part-Time-/Weekend)

Milestone IT is currently working with a brilliant organization that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support on a part-time basis to work on Saturdays and Sundays for an afternoon shift.
Please note the candidate would be required to attend an initial 3 weeks of full-time training Monday to Friday on-site.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include: Providing IT support over the phoneProviding first level support and logging the ticketsProviding hands-on hardware and software supportInstalling, moving, adding, and changing equipment and softwareMaintenance of Client's NetworkPerforming proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problemsSkills we are looking for: Detailed knowledge of Ticketing SystemDetailed knowledge of Windows 10 Operating SystemsDetailed knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDetailed knowledge of Active DirectoryFriendly, welcoming professional with good telephone manners.Well presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a teamPossess great written and verbal communication skills.Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and exciting role.
