This role demands a strong understanding of each application's unique functionality and requirements, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise enhancements across multiple platforms to drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDEDevelop and articulate the product vision and strategy for SaaS applications in conjunction with business stakeholders, aligning with business objectives and user needs.Engage with internal users across departments to gather requirements, understand pain points, and prioritise feature requests for each application.Oversee the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimisation of SaaS applications.Develop and manage detailed project plans for updates and enhancements across all SaaS applications, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Liaise with external vendors and service providers related to SaaS applications.Prepare and present regular updates on application performance, improvement initiatives, and user feedback to senior management and other stakeholders.Provide ongoing support for each SaaS application, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with support teams for resolution.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.Proficiency in product management and project management tools and techniques.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal users, IT teams, and stakeholders.Some travel may be required to local and interstate sites based on an agreed schedule.The role will require working from the office to gain a thorough understanding of company operations and applications.
