IT Director - Sydney, AustraliaWe are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team. As a key member of our Property Investment team in Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT team, providing strategic direction and guidance on IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors on IT performance and progress.Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Experience in real estate or property investment industries is a plus.What We Offer:Great workplace culture and enviable office space.
