Let's create a brighter future together, let's make a difference   We are looking for an IT Client Support Analyst to provide crucial technical support to a diverse user base across ANZ. You will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving a broad range of IT issues and ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime for our ANZ team.
Provide a high level of Customer Service
To provide a high level of technical support for ZFSA Desktop and Laptop related software and hardware to Zurich Customers in an efficient & friendly manner
Team Contribution
Engage in Technology Development and Delivery
Provide Technology Consulting and Planning
The position spans all projects involving IT deliverables and resources in Australia and New Zealand.
Important to your success - let's grow together   In order to be successful in the role, you will have the following:
MCP, MCSE certification or IT Related Study (highly desirable)
Proven experience in providing an excellent customer experience
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with all customers at all levels
Minimum 1+ year, 1st level Help Desk (phone based) or 2nd Level Desktop (Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop and Laptop environment) highly desirable
Ability to work proactively unsupervised & as member of wider team
Good , analytical, troubleshooting and incident solving skills
Basic Project Management Methodologies an advantage
