In this role, you will
Support our Warrnambool, Hamilton and Portland branches by being the first point of contact for our customersWork with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactionsEnsure all customer details are accurate and up to dateDemonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secureUndertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

The Hours
Join our team this casual role within the following hours 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday & 9:00am – 5:30pm Friday.
