Permanent fulltime role // Lead a team of 2 - 3 BAU and Project based role - provide support to daily operational activities. Work collaboratively with DA's business units and support infrastructure teams in management and delivery of service support/service delivery. Data Action (DA) has over 30 years' experience as a specialist software and services provider to the alternate banking and financial services industry. Talent has partnered with Data Action to find a talented IT Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Business Partner to help manage and ensure the smooth operation of the internal IT requirements in alignment with the business objectives of DA. The IT Business Partner will plan, direct, coordinate and design internal IT related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of DA's internal IT requirements.
The role will take an authoritative, pro-active approach to manage and balance the expectations of the business within the framework of staff and resource limitations. The IT Business Partner will keep abreast of latest technologies that may be of benefit to the organization and make requisite recommendations, supported by documentation, costing etc. and present back to the business.
Required skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in a senior support role within a Corporate IT environment Demonstrated ability/history of leading projects and problem solving Experience setting up ongoing procedures for collection and review of project statuses and goals. Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels across the business and understand their requirements and documenting it. Experience in dealing with vendors and managing licenses and IT assets across the business. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all employees across DA. Experience of writing strategic documents, complex business cases and presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience in a service provider organisation Management / use of application and license management tools. Knowledge of remote management / remote working technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
