Together for excellence.An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished Technical Business Analyst with SAP project delivery and/or support experience to deliver change and support the application landscape with local, regional, global applications.
Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, as a member of the local IT team working with the business owners to ensure the SAP system and integrations remain robust, stable and secure.Key Responsibilities:Manage the application landscape to enhance the roadmap that meets the needs of the business model, ensuring adherence to all internal IT standards and processes.Manage the SAP IT delivery process including build, test, migration, go-live and post go-live support.Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) performed by the business testers.Technical analysis and support, including root cause analysis.Provide functional and business analysis including process mapping, requirements gathering, scoping and estimation as required.Managing all IT change processes, procurement processes, security requirements and handover to the IT support team where required.Managing the expectations of all key stakeholders, including the technical teams, local business users, senior IT Management, Executive business management.Qualifications:In order to be the successful candidate, you will be degree qualified in IT and have demonstrated experience in SAP technical support and/or project delivery utilizing formal methodologies (Prince 2, Agile, SAFe) in a medium to large corporate environment.
You will have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing needs.You will have a natural ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and be confident in effectively communicating, negotiating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
