We seek a client-focused Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering and testing to implement Client Services products across multiple client journeys.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business SMEs to gather and define business requirements, translating them into Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Support requirement refinement using Agile methodologies.Present business requirements and proposed solutions to the Product Owners.Assist technology teams in refining designs and communicate them to stakeholders.Test IT components and resolve defects with the development team.Prepare and present materials for senior stakeholders.Contribute to user training content.Your ExpertiseFull life cycle Business Analysis experience -from requirements definition to implementation within a business-facing IT environment.Experience in Agile projects.Proficient in requirement engineering for complex projects.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope.Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to Project Management.Delivery-oriented approach to both individual tasks and projects.Skilled in using Confluence and JIRA.The role is open as hybrid, for candidates based in Cracow, Poland and surroundings.
