SGS is looking for a passionate IT Applications Trainer to deliver impactful training courses, build strong client relationships, and drive excellence in every session.In this full-time position, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Training Planning: Conduct training needs analysis and customise courses to serve specific client needs, attend client meetings, assist with training quotations and proposals, consult with clients, and develop customised training programs.Training Delivery & Evaluation: Deliver Odyssey training computer courses, maintain an average of 4 billable training days per week, and monitor the effectiveness and quality of training, courses, and courseware offered.Post Course Review & Support: Contact clients and trainers post-course to monitor quality and provide follow-up training support and advice.Marketing: Work with the marketing team to write online content including blogs, video scripts, and presentations.Courseware & Training Materials: Evaluate existing and new training materials and liaise with the Administration area when clients request customised training solutions.Liaise with external trainers regularly and ensure continual communication.QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).IT qualifications and certifications, especially relating to Microsoft and Adobe solutions.Solid experience in a similar role, including corporate training for adult learners, as well as experience with courseware development and instructional design.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation strategies, with experience delivering training in a commercial environment to achieve desired outcomes.Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with experience in Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign and Photoshop).Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, global company.
