We currently have an opportunity for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our dedicated IT Team in our Head Office located in Eastwood. This is a full time 12 month contract. We are seeking an individual who is highly experienced in providing Enterprise Business Application Administration and Support. As the IT Application Support Analyst you will be part of a team that maintains and develops Eldercares' Business Application Systems, with a focus on our new Clinical System. This role involves ongoing system administration, maintenance and user support.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Providing ongoing maintenance and management of our Enterprise Level Business Application Systems with a focus on our new Clinical System. Defining and configuring systems, including workflows, system interfaces, reports, system access, testing, and user training. Working with the system Vendor to resolve system issues and bugs and to log business requested system enhancements. Collaborating with users to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Reviewing release notes and testing new system versions and updates with key business users prior to their release into Production. Identifying innovation opportunities that align with Eldercare's strategic goals and enhance our business systems The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in Business Information, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' proven experience supporting Enterprise Level Business Applications (such as Clinical Systems, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Payroll, Rostering or Procurement). Experience with Aged Care or Clinical systems or eCase would be beneficial but is not essential. The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Well developed problem solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
