Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) We are seeking a highly motivated IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will directly support our IT Lead in ensuring efficient operation and management of IT services across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site as required.Monitor and manage the IT Helpdesk ensuring timely responses and updates to tickets.Office 365 and SharePoint Online administration, manage device deployment and oversee device management.Work closely with the IT Lead in the planning and implementation of IT Projects.Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, promoting staff awareness and education.Communicate effectively with team members and non-technical staff, providing clear guidance and support.Key Criteria: Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Relevant Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator, CompTIA A+, Network +) are advantageous.3-5 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably in a cloud-based environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Must be currently based in Western Australia.On Offer: Full-time permanent opportunity.Fantastic company culture and working within a diverse team.Monday-Friday work week with occasional site travel.State of the art IT equipment and software packages.Indigenous candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
