About the opportunity As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our team in Sydney.
Partnering with the Property team, you will be responsible for delivering performance management reporting, operational financial planning investment, and investment management analysis.
You will play a pivotal role in the team by providing financial planning and performance management for the Property Portfolio.
You will also Support in management reporting, including quarterly lease tracking, fund dashboards, market trend analysis, and property board reporting.
Co-own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income, expense management, and capital allocation.
Support in the delivery of analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget, lease deal analysis, preparation of Forbury modelling, and research outputs.
About you You bring a degree qualification within business, finance, property or related fields, with demonstrated experience in real estate markets, valuations, and lease modelling.
You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling with exposure to investment analysis techniques and industry best practices.
Ideally, you have worked with Tableau software (tracking lease expiries - MIDAS) or Forbury and MRI modelling software.
Ideally, you bring experience in commercial real estate, preferably within AREIT, funds management, consulting, research, or valuations.
Finally, you have excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail.
You thrive on managing multiple projects at a time, and you have no qualms working at pace.
You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and understand the importance of working within a team.
