As a Preparation Coordinator, you will guide families with compassion and care for deceased pets, creating personalised paw prints and keepsakes, ensuring the respectful return of ashes with empathy and professionalism.

Duties of a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator:
Taking clay, ink, and digital paw prints ensuring quality – includes trimming fur and claws. Preparing pets for office viewings and cremations, includes washing and drying pets if needed. Carrying out viewing cremations, and gold and platinum creations as required. Management of cool room and pets on hold, liaising with client care team on progress. Assisting with warehouse duties, includes unpacking stock and accepting in deliveries. Preparation of pet's ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery and finalising preparation to return to clients. About you:
A passion for helping others at difficult times. Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence. An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate manner. Capable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures, requires ability to lift up to 25kg. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a clean and tidy environment. Exceptional customer service skills; you're an effective and clear communicator. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and balance demands on your time.
