Job DescriptionThe Role Due to growth, Automic Group is looking for an Investor Services Associate to join our dynamic team.
Please note, applications for this role will be reviewed in January 2025. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound investor inquiries, acting as a positive ambassador for the Automic Group brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial markets and corporate customer service while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound investor enquiries by email and phoneProvide support to customers using the Automic Group online Investor platform, live chat and mail correspondenceAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiencyProvide accurate information and assistance to InvestorsFollow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service qualityCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issuesMeet and exceed performance targets, including call quality and productivity metricsStay updated on company products and servicesParticipate in ongoing training and development programsMaintain a professional image for the businessDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities Prior customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not essentialPrevious experience in financial markets is preferred, but not essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to improving processesA high level of organisational and time management skillsAbility to show initiative and work independently, while being a team player Diversity
