About the role: We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our growing financial services team. Our Group deals in the non-bank sector. You will be responsible for introducing new investor clients to the business as well as developing strong relationships with current and potential investors. The ideal candidate for this role will be well-presented, knowledgeable, articulate and capable of fostering relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Banks and other Investor channels on a daily basis. This is a full-time position based at our Gold Coast office.
Responsible for: Acquisition of new investors for our investment platform Develop and own a strategic plan to establish a continued growth platform for the business. Actively represent and raise the profile of CCG within investment communities across all channels Managing investor support and feedback. Implementing process improvements. Regular performance reporting to the Board and adherence to KPIs. Inbound and outbound support on Investor enquiries. Ensure compliance with AFSL and other legislation. Working with lead stakeholders in other areas of the business such as Marketing Manager, Portfolio Managers, Fund administrators and Business Development Managers. About You: Tertiary Education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Law. You will have 5+ years of industry experience in capital raising and are comfortable working across multi-deal workflow with a thorough understanding of the capital raising process. Ability to identify and develop relationships with sophisticated and wholesale investors. A self-motivated individual who has a strong drive to succeed. Professional manner with strong communication skills. Comfortable travelling state-wide or interstate to get the deal done. Why Join Us?
