About the Role: Investor Relations is responsible for representing Woodside externally with the equity market.
We engage with investors, analysts, proxy advisors and stewardship teams.
At the same time, we represent the equity market internally.
We share investor feedback and advise Management and Board on market perception and environment.
The key purpose of the Event Coordinator role is to plan and deliver Woodside's external engagements with the equity market.
Duties & Responsibilities: Global Calendar
Plan global calendar of Investor Relations events and meetings.
Responsible for arranging all logistics associated with roadshows and conferences.
Responsible for arranging logistics for investor presentations and site visits.
Responsible for arranging investor meetings.
Liaise with security for events with C-suite.
Liaise with relevant EAs to set up internal and external meetings involving IR, ELT and/or Board members.
Responsible for logging meeting minutes in the IR CRM.
Responsible for preparing briefing notes ahead of investor meetings.
Support to VP IR and IR team
Support VP IR with meetings and travel arrangements.
Setup team meetings.
IR contact channels
Responsible for monitoring IR mailbox and answering investor queries.
Responsible for answering the IR phone line number and answering investor queries.
Skills & Experience: 5+ years experience in coordinating events.
Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
Knowledge of Woodside business, systems and process is a plus.
Bachelor degree is a plus.

Strong project management skills.
Able to coordinate various stakeholders, workstreams and deliver through a hard timeline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly diligent on processes with great attention to details.
