Key responsibilities Oversee and deliver investor communications, including pitch books, reports, routine updates and contract notes.
Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and onboarding assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external administrators to gather necessary information for investors.
Maintain and update investor records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Distribute investor communications and provide leadership with regular activity reports.
Support fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and coordinate meetings and events.
Skills and competencies Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
Knowledgeable in asset management, particularly in alternative assets.
