Investment Operations Supervisor

Our client is a market-leading funds management business that is looking to hire an Investment Operations Supervisor.

They are seeking an experienced investment operations professional to manage relationships with external fund managers, custodians, fund administration firms, and other third parties. This position will oversee the day-to-day investment operations function, develop the team, and assist with projects.

Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with fund managers' middle and back offices.Serve as a liaison with custodians, fund administrators, and other third parties critical to fund manager relationships.Perform holdings and cash reconciliations with custodians and fund administrators.Oversee corporate action processing and reviews.Conduct unit price reconciliations, approvals, and ensure the delivery of unit prices to data aggregators.Assist in the structured training of new team members to maintain consistency within the team.Identify risks and inefficiencies and implement processes, tools, and controls that enhance efficiencies within investment operations.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in investment operations, ideally within a fund manager.Experience in alternatives is advantageous.Proven people management experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact Darragh Cleary at ******. #J-18808-Ljbffr
