Investment Operations Supervisor

With a strong focus on delivering the highest standard of service, this role presents an excellent chance for professional development in a close-knit, expert team.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:Managing relationships with Fund Managers' middle and back office teams.Liaising with custodians, fund administrators, and other third parties.Performing holdings and cash reconciliations with custodians and fund administrators.Processing corporate actions and reviewing outcomes.Overseeing unit price reconciliations and approvals, ensuring timely delivery to data aggregators.Administering a variety of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private debt, and derivatives.Managing workflow approvals, reviewing manual processing and trade execution.Identifying risks and inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.Assisting in training new team members to ensure consistency and excellence.To be considered for this role, you should have:Extensive experience in funds management or stock markets, ideally in operations at a custodian or funds management firm.A degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.Strong communication skills and confidence in managing relationships.Proficiency in systems such as IRESS, Bloomberg, and Excel (intermediate/advanced).An ability to manage conflicting deadlines and maintain a high standard of customer service.This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team in a pivotal role.
