MRS Property, incorporating Harmony Property Investments, is an independent property advisory, investment, and asset management company specializing in commercial property.
With offices in Adelaide and Melbourne, they take the time to get to know their clients and understand their needs to ensure their property investments are successful.
HPI clients include private investors, family companies, SMEs, ASX listed fund managers, superannuation funds, and syndicates.
Your responsibilities will include:As Investment Manager, you will be assigned a property portfolio, which may change from time to time as the National Portfolio Manager sees best fit.The role will involve working with and reporting to the National Portfolio Manager, and when required, the Investment Committee in respect to all aspects of the management of existing funds assigned as the primary focus, optimizing investor returns wherever possible.
This will include liaising with property professionals, consultants, internal staff, and investors.Making recommendations to the National Portfolio Manager for assigned funds that are well researched, substantiated (with financial analysis if required), and clearly articulated.Preparation of investor updates, both written and verbal whenever required, and presenting at updates when requested.Management of refurbishment/redevelopment projects.Market knowledge – have an understanding of all property sectors and understanding of investment performance indicators, i.e., lease deals and future impact on the value of the asset.Proactively manage any property leasing of funds assigned.MRS Property offers a friendly and enjoyable work environment that recognizes and encourages a positive, enthusiastic team approach.
