Backed by an International group with a market cap of over $10B and with significant capital at their disposal, this organisation has an ambitious mandate to grow its portfolio of investments via partnering with like-minded organisations in the capacity of debt, equity or JV partner.Targeting commercial office, mid-high density residential, hotels, mixed use and industrial, this group requires an Investment Manager to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer in the origination and evaluation of new real estate investment opportunities and where required evaluate appropriate courses of action for existing investments.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:Sanity checking all acquisition and investment assumptions and to provide backup evidence for the position being adopted.Oversee the Analyst whose tasks include researching real estate and economic information, financial modelling and sensitivity analysis and writing board materials/reports.Oversee feasibility studies for new acquisitions including programme, input of commercially relevant and current costs, revenues, cash flow and land values using RLV and sensitivity analysis.Manage the structuring of capital partnerships and joint ventures as required.Provide timely reporting for the purposes of Board and Management reports as required.Provide continuous support for market research to establish product, unit mix, target market and forecast return rates.You Will Need8-10 years' experience in real estate finance, property analyst or investment management.Experience in writing equity deals is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance or related field.Have strong financial modelling skills including proficiency with Excel.Proven ability to identify, assess and manage risk with a sensitivity to commercial considerations.Strong knowledge of market trends, risk parameters, and economic factors influencing the real estate industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to present to key stakeholders.BenefitsLongevity and guaranteed progression within the organisation.Enjoyable and relaxed working environment with close-knit team.Opportunity to be guided and mentored by some of the most respected names in the property industry.Generous remuneration package – up to $200k based on experience + Bonus.Apply Today:If you're an analytical thinker with a passion for real estate investment development and an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
