Investment Banking Associate

The bank is currently seeking talent at the Associate levels to join various sector coverage teams, including across their Industrials, Energy/Infra and M&A teams.
In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination and execution efforts through valuation and financial modelling, performing strategic and market analyses, preparing critical board-level documentation, and managing client relationships with both domestic and international clients.

The ideal candidate will have: • Between 3-6 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or leading Corporate Advisory firm• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience• Strong integrity & work ethic• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills• Bachelor's degree in finance of related disciplines Candidates must have full working rights for Australia to be considered.
