At Nestle, we have a hands-on opportunity for 3 Inventory Coordinators to join our Distribution Centre (DC) in Arndell Park, NSW. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the management of inventory from imports to the DC. You will ensure co-man accuracy, carry out activities such as receipting and troubleshooting issues. While managing stock adjustments and reconciliations, you will carry out investigations of stock movements between different plants when necessary. You will also carry out pallet controller responsibilities for the site to ensure that all reporting and reconciliation is conducted and reported through the correct channels.A DAY IN THE LIFE...Reporting to the Inventory Manager, your key responsibilities include:Managing inventory file damages report and adjustments - Review cause and investigate with operations for resolution.Managing staff shop operations, working with internal stakeholders to ensure stock is available for sale, coordinating monthly stock takes and reports for Finance, and managing expired stock.Reconciling lost and found in the warehouse with adjustments on and off, short receipts, or over receipts from sites.Reviewing factory shipping plants for adjustments to ensure that short lands are not still in shipping plants and balancing inventory back accordingly.Investigating causes and resolving issues with shipping/receiving plants.Processing return PO of stock as required to balance.Tracking and reconciling recall withdrawals as required.Supporting operations team with troubleshooting issues in SAP and receivals.Blocking and unblocking of stock as required by factory, Corporate Operations, or Supply Chain teams.Processing workflows as required for new products or changes to current SKUs.Backing up the inventory manager during periods of leave.What you bring to the team….This is your opportunity, if you're keen for a challenge; something you can sink your teeth into and take ownership of; something that will provide you an opportunity to make an impact and get noticed, then keep reading.Experience in FMCG or related industrial experience in delivering projects.Strong PC skills, MS Windows, MS Office, and SAP experience are necessary.A positive driven and self-motivated work ethic.Good interpersonal skills – ability to work & communicate with others.High organisational skills - Ensure that plans are translated into action.Good level of attention to detail and the ability to follow up and multi-task.You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, building and growing your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.In addition, we offer:Varied career experiences and personalised development support.Wellbeing benefits including vaccinations and health insurance discounts.Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and programs.Paid parental and partner leave.Purchase Leave Scheme.Volunteering leave, Sports leave, Emergency Services leave.Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
