What you'll do
Responsible for optimal inventory management including the review of slotting performance and achieving key targets on throughput.
Responsible for ensuring team compliance with all Woolworths safety and food safety policies and procedures.
Accountable for supporting the team in the resolution of BCP Management Strategies.
Leading and supporting implementation, innovation, and embedding continuous improvements in your areas of control.
Managing daily fresh production, inbound volume, and inventory accuracy across the CFC.
What you'll bring
Ability to create a vision and coach, motivate and inspire a team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potential.
Lead and develop the team to foster an inclusive and diverse culture within the CFC.
Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets.
Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables are met.
Experience in leading shift teams as part of a 24 hr operational business.
