In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process and administering the contract management system, to ensure that our employees are adequately equipped to deliver services across our community.This is a full-time ongoing position, based in Warrnambool, and comes with a generous salary of $70,953 to $82,269 p.a. plus superannuation.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingOn a day-to-day basis, you'll:Coordinate the inventory management process and administer the Inventory Management System.Coordinate the Contractor Management System and provide administration for the prequalification, onboarding and management of contractors.Support and deliver central procurement processes and purchasing across the organisation according to established policies and procedures to meet business needs and deliver value-for-money procurement outcomes.Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure operational requirements are met.Provide project support within the Corporate Services Branch.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bringWe're looking for someone with:Experience in, or understanding of, inventory platforms, methods and systems administration.A high level of attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes.Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, consultative skills and excellent time management.Join us to play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.For further details, see the position description available here.We look forward to hearing from you.
