Inventory and Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Cromer, NSW, AU

PSG is a leading provider of flow meters designed to reduce waste and downtime while accurately measuring, monitoring and controlling the distribution of fluids.
The Role We are seeking an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to be based at our Cromer site on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
They will be responsible for ensuring all documentation processed through the planning logistics area is in accordance with the requirements of the EBSRAY quality system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.Process documentation for production requirements.Carry out logistic functions as directed by the Operations Manager.Generate the material requirements planning reports as needed.Receipt finished manufactured products/jobs into the ERP system.Vary inventory replenishment/batching rules in the ERP system as necessary.Issue purchase orders on behalf of the company and materials requisitions.Issue requisitions for materials required for production/supply of products.Qualifications / Requirements Relevant professional supply chain qualification (e.g., APICS) and/or suitable background experience in inventory & logistics management/purchasing.Detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control/logistics/management systems and ERP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience of lean manufacture, kanban, and kaizen continuous improvement or similar production tools within a low volume, high quality manufacturing facility would be an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment.Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Willingness to learn, improve and adapt.Strong IT skills in MS Office applications, specifically Excel & Word.Strong team player with a good work ethic and ability to be flexible and work within a collaborative team environment to meet production and company needs.Desire and ability to work collaboratively to meet goals and objectives.Ability to prioritise and understand the bigger picture within the site.This position may be located in: APAC: Australia: New South Wales: Cromer
