Are you passionate about driving impactful user experiences and optimising performance? We're seeking a skilled and communicative CRO Specialist to join our team. You'll work closely with clients, as well as our PPC and SEO teams, to identify conversion opportunities and hand off actionable strategies to our developers.
Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Communicate and explain complex CRO concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction. CRO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies across various digital assets, analysing user behavior and running A/B or multivariate tests. Team Integration: Work closely with our PPC, SEO, and Social teams, sharing insights and recommendations that enhance overall marketing performance. Developer Coordination: Provide detailed and clear briefs to our development team, ensuring smooth handover and implementation of changes. Performance Analysis: Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of CRO initiatives, making continuous improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation. Proven track record of successful CRO initiatives and experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
