Position: International Services Support Officer
Role Summary: As an International Services Support Officer, you'll provide crucial administrative and operational support to our dynamic International Services team.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be engaging with diverse stakeholders across national and international networks.
Key Responsibilities: Organisation of international blood meetings and conferences, including researching & costing of venues & communicating with hotels, speakers, and presenters.Coordinate and book all travel arrangements for the International Services team, including airfares, accommodation, travel visas, and associated requirements.Prepare detailed travel and event schedules to support effective coordination and management of international conferences and meetings.Support activities such as research, data collation, and knowledge exchange relating to Lifeblood's participation in international networks.Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated experience working in a team environment to provide effective office administration support at a senior management level.Experience working in an international context.Extensive experience in event management and international travel arrangements.Demonstrated understanding and experience in maintaining confidentiality and discretion.High level of computer literacy including intermediate-advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised with superior attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.Proven ability to achieve objectives within set deadlines.This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Perth Processing Centre.
