Description:
The International e-Commerce Manager at M.J. Bale plays a critical role in driving the online sales and digital presence of our international website. This position involves a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at maximizing the performance and success of M.J. Bale's international e-commerce platform. The main tasks for this role include:

Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to enhance international online sales and customer engagement.Managing the end-to-end international e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management.Analyzing international market trends and consumer behavior to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce activities and other business functions, such as marketing, IT, and customer service.Working with the Head of Digital and Ecommerce on digital marketing initiatives and online advertising to support e-commerce objectives.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.Implementing best practices in web usability, SEO, and user experience to enhance the overall online presence of M.J. Bale. Required Skills: E-commerce managementDigital marketing expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team management abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and interpretationKnowledge of web analytics tools and e-commerce platformsStrategic planning and execution capabilitiesUnderstanding of customer behavior and market trends Required Experiences: Prior experience in e-commerce management or related roles (minimum 5 years)Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and revenue generationExperience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategiesProven track record of managing a high-performance team or departmentFamiliarity with inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes within an e-commerce environmentExperience in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize online performance and user experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
